Started at the engraving bench —
and grew by request.
Valley Craft Creations was established in 2023 in Yorktown Heights, New York, as a sister company to The Mailbox Store of Westchester. It started small — an engraving business making personalized pieces for local residents, corporate clients, and neighborhood businesses, one careful job at a time.
Word got around, and the requests changed shape. Customers started asking for custom apparel, hats, and promotional products — for events, parties, ceremonies, businesses, and organizations. Rather than turn the work away, we built the capability to do it well: apparel decoration, embroidery, and full branding solutions, all in-house.
Today we specialize in custom DTF and DTG apparel printing, embroidered and patched hats, engraving, promotional products, personalized gifts, stickers, and branded merchandise. We’re still a small company — and we’d rather be efficient, responsive, and genuinely good than big. From a single engraved gift to a large apparel order for a business or event, every job gets personalized service, real craftsmanship, and a fast turnaround.
